About Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages.
  2. Provide detailed information about our products or services, including pricing, features, and availability.
  3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking their shipments.
  4. Handle the customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  5. Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions as needed.
  6. Escalate complex issues or unresolved concerns to the relevant department or supervisor.
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any lingering issues.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  9. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  10. Stay updated on product developments, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.


Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
  • Patience and empathy, especially when addressing challenging customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software or systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work in the various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
