· Develop, manage, and own the implementation of the test strategy for the main projects.
· Ensure that testing requirements are scoped, planned, and managed effectively.
· Produce metrics to measure testing quality and progress.
· Develop test estimates, test schedules, impact analysis and co-ordinate resources accordingly.
· Train and mentor those involved in test design and execution.
· Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
· Work closely with Development team, BA and QC teams as well as Stakeholders and members of Management.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
· 9+ years’ experience in the same field
· Hands on experience in Appium and rest assured.
· Extensive knowledge of automation testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
· Proven track record of successfully leading and managing testing teams on complex projects.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Solid understanding of performance testing .
