Our client is a well-known Egyptian company specializing in telecommunications supplies and services, serving both local and international markets for over 40 years.
Their extensive range of activities includes custom network design, equipment supply, implementation, and support services and they have diverse expertise in telecommunications, business, and marketing.
Business Development Specialist ( Customer Engagement ) will support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving customer engagement. This role is ideal for a proactive and enthusiastic individual.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calls/outreach.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales Head in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to support the development of sales strategies.
- Follow-Up: Track and follow up on leads and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze sales and engagement reports to support decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and support business goals.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development. Internships or part-time work in a related field will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
