We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Regional Legal team (Asia, Middle East & Australia (“AMEA”)

We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to provide personalizedadministrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the AMEA Legal team.You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the team’s workinglife and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact between the Regional General Counsel and his staff
  • Screening and directing communications and distribute correspondence.
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Collate expense submissions.
  • Record Minutes of meetings when needed.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Maintain and mine various registers/databases.
  • Devise and maintain office filing system.
  • Conduct basis legal research.
  • Provide support to Integrity related matters

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up to date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
  • An ability to work with all nationalities, personalities and cultures.
