YOUR MISSION AND ROLE
As a Senior Sales “Expert” specializing in Clienteling or in RTW or Leathergoods, your role is not only to ensure an extraordinary client experience but also to bring an unparalleled level of expertise to your dedicated domain. Your responsibilities include:
- Client Engagement & Elevation :
- Provide a personalized and sophisticated welcome to customers entering the boutique, creating an ambience that reflects expertise in Clienteling, RTW or LG.
- Provide a tailored and informed service through a deep understanding of the specific needs, preferences and nuances associated with your area of expertise.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships and develop a strong VIC clients portfolio
- Leverage your expertise to enhance the customer journey by providing expert recommendations and guidance.
- Clienteling, RTW or Leathergoods & Fashion expertise:
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of fashion history through storytelling and the features, materials and details of Givenchy's bold collections within your assigned category, providing valuable insights to customers.
- Demonstrate an unparalleled understanding of CRM tools, techniques and strategies to ensure seamless integration into the customer experience.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations in Clienteling, RTW or LG.
- Contribute to the brand's thought leadership by providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise.
- Training & Performance Leadership:
- Share your specific knowledge and best practices to strengthen team performance in your store but also at country/market level.
- Take a leadership role in meeting and exceeding sales goals for yourself and the store by leveraging your expertise in Clienteling or RTW/LG.
- Contribute to a superior customer experience by fostering a performance driven culture. Identify and capitalize on strategic sales opportunities, aligning them with the unique aspects of your area of expertise.
- Guardian of the Brand’s DNA & New Elegance:
- Exemplify the brand's image with an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of expertise, whether in Clienteling strategies or the intricate details of the designated product category.
- Play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the boutique's reputation as a destination for expert advice.
- Operations management & multi-collaboration:
- Execute sales transactions with precision and efficiency, ensuring the integration of Clienteling expertise or in-depth product knowledge.
- Manage specialised operations such as CRM processes or the management of specific aspects related to your product category (RTW, Leathergoods or Accessories).
- Work closely with the store (including stock), the head office team (retail operations,...) and report daily to the management team.
- Task force and special projects:
- Member of the task force for new openings or special operations in your country or region
- Special interlocutor for HQ in your area of expertise
As a Senior Sales Associate "Expert", your in-depth knowledge of CRM or RTW/LG will be instrumental in shaping a unique and unparalleled customer experience, positioning our brand as a beacon of expertise in the luxury landscape.
