The Office Admin will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. You will create and maintain a pleasant working environment, ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO and Operation Manager.
  2. Booking transport and taxis
  3. Organize office operations and procedures
  4. Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
  5. Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
  6. Making office supplier arrangements (water, cleaning, plants, coffee machine) / purchasing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining proper stock levels.
  7. Organize the office and order equipment/ Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  8. Ensuring that the invoices from suppliers are paid on time.
  9. Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support.
  10. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
  11. Maintaining good communication inside of the office.


Job Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills in English.
  2. Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
  3. Well organized
  4. Proven experience as an Office Administrative, or Administrative Assistant
  5. Familiarity with email scheduling tools
  6. Excellent in time management and follow-up
  7. V. good in Microsoft tools, i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel
  8. Preferred to be close to Nasr city.
