The Office Admin will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. You will create and maintain a pleasant working environment, ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO and Operation Manager.
- Booking transport and taxis
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
- Making office supplier arrangements (water, cleaning, plants, coffee machine) / purchasing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Organize the office and order equipment/ Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Ensuring that the invoices from suppliers are paid on time.
- Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
- Maintaining good communication inside of the office.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Well organized
- Proven experience as an Office Administrative, or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools
- Excellent in time management and follow-up
- V. good in Microsoft tools, i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Preferred to be close to Nasr city.
