Romanian Speaking Landscape Architect Designer - for Royal Palace

Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled and creative Landscape Architect Designer to join the team at a prestigious Royal Palace. As a Landscape Architect Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning the outdoor spaces of the palace, including gardens, courtyards, and other land areas. You will work closely with the Royal Family members and a team of professionals to create stunning and functional landscapes that complement the palace's architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the Royal Family to understand their vision and requirements for the palace's outdoor spaces.
• Designing and planning the layout of gardens, courtyards, pathways, and other outdoor areas.
• Selecting suitable plant species and materials for landscaping.
• Creating 2D and 3D designs and renderings to visualize proposed designs.
• Preparing detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Supervising and inspecting landscaping projects to ensure quality and alignment with design intent.
• Maintaining knowledge of current trends, techniques, and materials in landscape architecture.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and environmental guidelines.
