ExaCall is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top technical talent to support our growth and success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and work strategically to identify, engage, and hire exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to attract passive candidates
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate and participate in face-to-face interviews
  • Evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the company
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and interview processes
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of technology, technical roles, and the IT industry to effectively assess candidates' technical skills.
  • Proven experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively in identifying and engaging talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage offers and close candidates effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.
  • Experience recruiting in a high-growth tech startup or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and recruitment marketing tools.
