Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Minimum 5-7 years as SAP Functional Consultant, specializing in HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Data Migration.
- Demonstrating experience as SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent understanding of HR processes and end-to-end support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
