Responsibilities
- Maximizes the marketing potential for assigned products by achieving sales & market share objectives.
- Effective marketing, operational planning implementation and management of resources.
- Develops annual marketing plan that outlines key activities and marketing programs to address and implements approved strategies within agreed budget for his assigned product-lines.
- Plan & coordinate all activities pertaining to launch of new products.
- Keep himself and sales team up to date on medical knowledge and product knowledge as related to the therapeutic area and competition.
- Control / Ensure the profitability of his Product Lines
- Proceed to episodic and punctual qualitative field visit with field force (30%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or veterinary medicine , master’s degree in marketing will be a plus.
- 3 years or more of marketing experience as a Product Manager in a reputable Pharmaceutical Company.
- Experience in Ophthalmology Segment is a must.
- Business fluent in English is a must.
- Had proven Experience in Launching & Building successful Brands.
- Demonstrate agility within a cross functional team.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Strong negotiation & management skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Word.
- Experience in managing vendor and agencies relationships.
- In-depth knowledge in the presentation formulation.
