The KPI Institute is a research institute specialized in business performance. It developed the first KPI Management Framework and operates www.smartkpis.com, the result of the research program dedicated to documenting and cataloguing how KPIs are used in practice, an online portal containing the largest collection of documented KPI examples.

Your main responsibilities include:

Administration and Supporting

  • Provide CRM system administration support, especially related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows. Experience in using Engagebay is a plus
  • Maintain a clean database
  • Assist sales colleagues by providing all necessary details to ensure accurate data processing in the CRM system

Analyzing and Optimizing

  • Create and manage workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes
  • Support sales colleagues with all needed reports and specific data analysis
  • Analyze data to provide insights into operation and productivity
  • Coordinate and support integrations with third-party applications.

We expect you to have:

  • Proficiency CRM software (Experience in using Engagebay is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in English, oral and written
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information system, business, management, or related field
  • Ability to understand, work with and configure a CRM system (custom objects, workflows, permissions, etc.)
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities work
  • Data Analysis: Generating operational reports and analytics.
  • Flexible and adaptable with excellent ability to work cross functionally within an organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
