Your Role

• Plans, maintains and regularly updates all the Demand Forecasting & Logistics Planning information for the assigned brands in APO DP strategic focus on low inventories while improving service levels
• Accurately plans, maintains and updates a regular ongoing forecast for the assigned business brands at an sku level for a time period extending up to next 24 months.
• Conducts monthly S&OP, NPI and Demand Alignment Meetings with strict adherence to Henkel policies, procedures and defined processes.
• Focuses on being pro-active in approach towards follow-up and monitoring of both supply and inventory stock levels to achieve defined KPI metrics and targets.
• Provides business insights by generating inventory-related reports, including backorders, stock on hand and projected stock reports.
• Analyses, interprets and evaluates complex data, information and arrives at meaningful conclusions and recommendations on Inventory, forecast, logistics and demand planning.
• Close collaborations with Customers, Business, Marketing , Logistic and Controlling.
  
  

YOUR EXPERINCES

• Comprehends the minimum of work experience which has to be fulfilled by the incumbent according to necessary knowledge mentioned above.
• 3+ years of experience within supply chain/operations with focus on Demand Planning, Logistics, inventory control, transportation and/or distribution processes working in a process driven, systems environment using ERP systems is mandatory.
• SAP experience is preferred.
