Marketing Manager (TREFORIN & ISL)

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive the marketing strategy for two of our institutes: the Institute for Skills and Learning (ISL) and TREFORIN. Our ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role, preferably from B2B/B2C background.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee a cohesive marketing strategy at the corporate level.
  • Shape and manage the branding and messaging for ISL and TREFORIN.
  • Launch and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels for ISL and TREFORIN.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to craft integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and update promotional materials like brochures and catalogs.
  • Create compelling product content (case studies, web presentations, brochures) to highlight the benefits of our products.
  • Perform regular competitive audits to stay ahead in the market.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the ed-tech or professional services industry);
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage several projects and deadlines;
  • Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team;
  • Experience in working with a design team.
