Position Summary

This position supports Regional Sales Manager and Regional Sales Team in all operational & strategic issues by supplying information, analysis, and reports for effective sales management. Ensure that we have the right distribution targets & KPIs across all categories /Regions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Analyzing monthly sales outcomes through scorecards for creating opportunities in the distributor & region & channel.
  • Work on the routing exercise for all Egypt and ensure that the current RTM and routing across all regions are achieving our efficiencies.
  • Analyze sales trucks routing and identify gaps / opportunities for optimization.
  • Communicate on daily basis with sales field team to close routing gaps within an agreed timelines to drive trucks efficiency nationwide.
  • Review sales KPIs on monthly basis with the sales field team.
  • Work on having accurate sales forecasts, in collaboration with district managers & CCSD by providing the correct forecast assumptions & Drive the MBPC across the sales organization.
  • Supports Regional Sales Manager & Team for achievement of main Regional Sales KPI's and effective decision making with daily, weekly, monthly reports (sales parameters, individual & team performance, stock levels, customer-channel performance etc) and requested ad-hoc analysis.
  • Ensures full product availability at all distributors, coordinating all ordering & shipment processes by constantly keeping in touch with Distributor Order Management Staff, Nestlé Customer Services, Sales Operations and Supply Chain. For limited products performs quota allocation between distributors, coordinates and follows quota usage.
  • Ensuring distributors /Sales team adherence to monthly sales plan.
  • Collection and consolidation of requested data (by RSM) from the field team.
  • Preparation of monthly trade spend per region along with the proper spending tracking.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and capability to interpreting sales reports.
  • High interpersonal skills with willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking & correct prioritization.
  • Ability to work in a close team environment with fast adaptation of communication style according to audience.
  • Flexibility.
  • Full proficiency in English language skills.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office tools is a must (excel in specific).
  • Knowledge with Power BI is a plus.
