Manufacturing Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of solar panels.
• Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished solar panels.
• Follow established quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Monitor and control various stages of the manufacturing process to maintain optimal efficiency and output.
• Report any deviations from standard operating procedures and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any safety concerns, incidents, or hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output quantities, downtime, and quality control checks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in the solar industry.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
