The role involves overseeing various aspects of property management, ensuring a seamless guest check-in experience, and coordinating maintenance tasks efficiently. It requires a blend of technical skills such as property management and maintenance coordination, as well as interpersonal skills like being a team player and maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should possess previous experience working in the role of a Guest Relations Agent.
  • Proficiency in guest check-in processes to provide a seamless experience for guests arriving at the property.
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently to address any issues and maintain the property in top condition.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional guest service and support colleagues in daily operations.
