As a Tech Outbound Specialist , you will be crucial in providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our customers through on-site visits. You will be responsible for troubleshooting software issues, resolving customer inquiries, and directly ensuring a positive customer experience at their locations. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Key Accountabilities

  • Conducting customer visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues directly
  • Provides technical training, instruction, and assistance to maintenance personnel; makes work assignments
  • Provide assistance and instructions to help with problems
  • Developing and updating methods of communication and quick responses with the client
  • Generate regular reports on customer inquiries, issue trends, and support metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Alert team members of trending issues and share new-found knowledge as applicable
  • Test and evaluate new hardware
  • Assist management in creating training materials about computer troubleshooting and usage
  • Performs other related duties as required


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems
  • At least 1 year of experience with on-site customer visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues is preferred but not required
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in PC skills and knowledge of Network IP
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of the company’s products and procedures
