About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader - Guest Relations in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Organize the workflow and distribute the tasks of Guest Relations in back-of-house and front-of-house. 
  • Lead the team of Guest Relations Executives by ensuring the daily tasks are completed on time. 
  • Request and ensure timely delivery of amenities for VIP and suite guests.
  • Inspect rooms of arrival and in-house VIPs. 
  • Conduct curbside check-ins and rooming for VIP guests, as well as in-room check out for sts when required. 
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and concierge duties when needed.
  • Ensure that the lobby is manned and the shifts for lobby duty are covered in accordance with the daily roster. 
  • Take ownership of guest concerns and requests and act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur.


About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Guest Relations in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • Prior work experience in Dubai is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud) and HotSoS.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one additional language: Russian or European languages are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
