Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated
Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across various disciplines. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract candidates, including social media, networking, job boards, and referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct regular research on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to remain informed about the tech industry.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely records of all recruitment activities.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent by promoting the company culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Implement strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technology, technical roles, and the IT industry to effectively assess candidates' technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively in identifying and engaging talent.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage offers and close candidates effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth tech startup or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data analytics and recruitment marketing tools.
