We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing invoices, payroll, and reconciliation processes, along with hands-on experience using Zoho Books. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of UAE financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Process, review, and manage all invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll operations, including salary disbursement, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Zoho Books Management: Maintain and update financial records using Zoho Books, including data entry, report generation, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring adherence to UAE financial regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and other financial obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
