  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and offer management.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
  • Support and advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and conducting investigations as necessary.
  • Aid in the implementation of performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Work closely with managers to identify performance gaps and create development plans.
  • Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Analyze engagement data and assist in developing action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing learning and development programs.
  • Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
