Job Description Summary This role provides technical support and LMS management primarily for the Education Services team at GE Vernova Electrification SW. This includes keeping track of attendance, certifications, and feedback. Providing support and guidance to trainees throughout the training process ensures a smooth and positive learning experience, and access to materials and training environments. Can also include other tehcnical tasks such as technical support, software installation, software upgrades, and database management and migration for on-premise installed systems, virtual machine, and cloud-based software. Leverage subject matter experts and product management to learn new technical software management and follow documentation for installation and upgrades.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Own the resolution of technical issues related to training environments.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions, and checks for understanding.
- Quickly learns and is proficient with database management, reporting, and learning management systems.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Education Services. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
