Cardoo is now looking for a Marketing Executive with the following responsibilities & requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of digital/offline marketing strategies to support business growth
  • Develop customer journeys based on the designed strategy
  • Track progress of programs and campaigns, monitor key marketing metrics, evaluate processes and report results to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, campaigns and tools
  • Oversee and manage all on-ground activities related to marketing campaigns and initiatives, including: coordinating and executing various marketing activities, such as events, promotions, and product launches, and ensuring their successful implementation.
  • Negotiate with the suppliers on the best prices for the marketing promotion materials, responsible for stock management and budget tracking
  • Oversee the integration and utilization of marketing technologies
  • Offline Campaigns Execution & Optimization
  • Monitor campaigns performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within financial


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in marketing operations, event management, or communication roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics is essential. Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing marketing activities, proofreading content, and ensuring brand consistency is essential.
  • Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks. Experience in a hyper-growth environment + a globally distributed team is a plus.
  • Owning a car is a must.
