Cardoo is now looking for a
Marketing Executive with the following responsibilities & requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of digital/offline marketing strategies to support business growth
- Develop customer journeys based on the designed strategy
- Track progress of programs and campaigns, monitor key marketing metrics, evaluate processes and report results to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, campaigns and tools
- Oversee and manage all on-ground activities related to marketing campaigns and initiatives, including: coordinating and executing various marketing activities, such as events, promotions, and product launches, and ensuring their successful implementation.
- Negotiate with the suppliers on the best prices for the marketing promotion materials, responsible for stock management and budget tracking
- Oversee the integration and utilization of marketing technologies
- Offline Campaigns Execution & Optimization
- Monitor campaigns performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within financial
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in marketing operations, event management, or communication roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics is essential. Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing marketing activities, proofreading content, and ensuring brand consistency is essential.
- Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks. Experience in a hyper-growth environment + a globally distributed team is a plus.
- Owning a car is a must.
