Arabic Speaking Banquet Chef - for Industrial Catering Company

Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled Banquet Chef to join our client's team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the kitchen operations for banquets and large-scale events for our industrial catering company.

As a Banquet Chef, you will collaborate with event planners, execute menu planning, ensure food quality and presentation, manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during events. You will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute menu development for banquets and large-scale events
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring high standards of taste, quality, and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure the successful execution of events
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
