Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at Magnetic, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. You will manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee the execution of marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and our internal teams, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of client projects.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to existing clients.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using project management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
