Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient history, symptoms, and perform thorough physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as colonoscopies, biopsies, and imaging studies
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
- Perform surgical procedures, such as colon resections, rectal surgeries, and sphincter repairs
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated patient care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of colon and rectal surgery

- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Colon and Rectal Specialist/Consultant
- Completion of a residency program in general surgery
- Completion of a fellowship program in colon and rectal surgery
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
- Expertise in advanced surgical techniques specific to colon and rectal surgery
- Strong knowledge of colorectal conditions, diseases, and treatment options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
