Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a talented and experienced Female Hair Dresser to join our client, an upscale salon in Dubai. As a Female Hair Dresser, you will provide a wide range of hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Your expertise in hair design and passion for creating beautiful hairstyles will contribute to enhancing clients' natural beauty and boosting their confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their haircare needs and desired hairstyles.
- Suggest and recommend hair services and treatments based on clients' preferences.
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Provide expert advice on haircare and styling products for at-home maintenance.
- Ensure a clean and organized work station.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hair Dresser, with a focus on female clientele.
- Experience in European clients is mandatory as most of the customers are from this region.
- Strong skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
- Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles.
- Creativity and artistic flair in hair design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and deliver excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications or training in advanced hair styling techniques.
- Experience working in a high-end salon or with diverse and multicultural clientele.
