We are currently seeking Freelance Recruiters to work remotely in Egypt and join our team in Egypt. This opportunity is now exclusively available to those based in Egypt.
Position Overview: As an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment of multilingual candidates. Top performers can qualify for management roles, earning double fees along with quarterly and annual bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
- Post job vacancies on various international platforms.
- Headhunt potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen candidates that meet the required profiles.
- Plan and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until they are successfully hired by the client.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in International Recruitment or Sales.
- Experience in recruiting BPO profiles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
- Proficiency in volume sourcing.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Experience working with the European market.
- Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably during morning to afternoon hours.
- Fluency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish).
