Freelance Recruiters for Remote Work in Egypt

We are currently seeking Freelance Recruiters to work remotely in Egypt and join our team in Egypt. This opportunity is now exclusively available to those based in Egypt.

Position Overview: As an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment of multilingual candidates. Top performers can qualify for management roles, earning double fees along with quarterly and annual bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
• Post job vacancies on various international platforms.
• Headhunt potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Screen candidates that meet the required profiles.
• Plan and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Follow up with candidates until they are successfully hired by the client.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in International Recruitment or Sales.
• Experience in recruiting BPO profiles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
• Proficiency in volume sourcing.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Experience working with the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably during morning to afternoon hours.
• Fluency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish).
