Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of professional experience in 3D design within the architectural field and will hold a degree in architecture. This role demands a strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for translating architectural concepts into visually stunning representations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually compelling presentations and design visuals to communicate concepts effectively.
• Utilize advanced 3D software and tools to produce accurate and realistic visualizations.
• Maintain and update project files and manage multiple design tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in 3D design within the architectural industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
