Responsibilities:

Achieve financial targets by selling and cross-selling bank products, focusing on portfolio and asset growth, wealth referrals and successful closure of referrals and Forex transactions.

Adhere to operational risk policies, sales processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with KYC procedures and safeguarding Emirates NBD's reputation.

Ensure daily customer contact is maintained and monitored to guarantee all portfolio clients receive necessary support and assistance.

Maintain exceptional service quality to positively influence CSAT scores within your portfolio.

Skills:

Education

  • University Degree in Business or Finance.

Experiences

  • 1 to 3 years in a sales role within the Financial services/Banking industry.
  • Experience across a wide range of Banking areas, e.g. Retail and Wealth Management.

Knowledge & Skills

  • English, while knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
