To comply with country regulations, we are looking for UAE talent to fill this role.

Job Responsibility:
- Regularly review the market to identify opportunities and trends to develop go-to-market approach, develop forecasts and business plans and seek their approval
- Identify product/ service opportunities and drive internal co-ordination for rollout of any new products/ services.
- Increase penetration at payroll companies though tactical on-the-ground campaigns
- Manage team to meet monthly financial targets of NTB customer acquisition, new payroll relationships, asset sales etc.
- Initiate, develop and retain employer relationships (Head HR CEO, CFO or any other relevant contact point etc.) with large, strategic employers
- Work with the distribution network for multi-product/payroll fulfillment on defined sales targets
- Drive preparation of compelling employer proposals to drive acceptance
- Proactively manage relationships with employers and take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of relationships with large strategic employers
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely fulfillment on payroll requests
- Identify opportunities to enhance TATs and co-ordination internal rollouts
- Drive the implementation of the long-term strategic vision and direction for payroll and bulk sales, identifying the key steps necessary to achievement.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Product support & Sales in a banking sector with three years of core experience in Retail and Transactional products
- Payroll acquisition experience is a plus
