As a Utilities & Energy Lead, you'll be responsible for operating the operations technology projects in the factory and business as usual regular maintenance for OT infrastructure.

About You

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the working team administratively & technically on daily basis
• Maintain the equipment within the required efficiency
• Applying maintenance procedures and equipment safety
• Follow Up on the Danone safety standards across the utilities stations
• Follow Up on the Danone food safety standards across the utilities stations
• Follow up on the preventative maintenance program for all utilities stations
• Enhance the equipment performance by updating the PM program
• Monitoring & Analysis for Maintenance KPIs and Follow up on the action plan
• Lead the Energy program across the site
• Follow up on the Energy numbers for the whole site and follow up with the maintenance & production teams to meet the energy targets
• Follow up on the utilities stations KPIs (Thermal, Electricity, Water & COPs of ammonia stations) on daily basis
• Create an action plan to meet the energy targets
• Follow up on the spares purchasing orders to avoid any spares out of stock with all technical approval process
• Participate in preparation & execution for utilities projects
• Complete the organization structure for his team as per the standard crew
• Control team overtime and annual leaves according to the works needs
• Coaching and Increasing the team skills through internal trainings.

Education/ Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience2-3 Years of experience In FMCG manufacturing
• Good Knowledge of MS applications
