Job Purpose: dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents. We operate in 38 countries and 136 airports globally.

As a Storekeeper , you will be responsible for complete day to day stores activities in dTS Stores from receiving of items to issue to customers, ensuring all policies and procedures are fulfilled while receiving, binning and issuing items and ensuring utmost accuracy in recording all stores transactions in system.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify uniform customer's need, offer appropriate services and advise, and provide accurate information enabling employees to get their requirements fulfilled timely and effectively.
  • Ensure company uniform policy guidelines are not compromised in fulfilling the users requirements.
  • Assist in the maintaining stock at JIT levels with a view to minimize stockholding costs through analysis of store inventory reports.
  • Ensuring that all stock items are received in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions advising the buyers in the event of discrepancies to enable supplier feedback.
  • Assist in packaging and distribution of outstation uniform distributions including dispatch activities.
  • Assist in physical stock inventories identifying and reconciling any discrepancies providing recommendations for adjustment to the UDC Co-coordinator / Inventory Officer for his approval.

Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • 10 Years schooling or equivalent
  • 3+ Years experience in store management / procurement.
  • Exposure to current trends in inventory management through course attendance.
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
