Job Purpose

To facilitate and steer media plans, media budgets, and invoice management for the Middle East organization. Ensure the maintenance, tracking, and optimization of these processes using the right business tools (Media X) while upholding high-quality standards in line with defined audit requirements. Provide strong partnership and support to the Media Manager and the broader Media and Digital teams.

Your Tasks

Media Tasks

  • Collaborate with the media team on budget planning, management, and optimization, ensuring alignment with company and category priorities.
  • Support Media Manager and PM Lead in implementing Golden Rules with the media agency.
  • Work closely with brand teams to create media briefs based on campaign objectives and manage communication between brand and agency teams.
  • Assist in media plan execution and perform quality checks to ensure KPIs and efficiencies are met.
  • Monitor and report on competitive media updates.

Budget Management & Media Forecasting

  • Lead budget tracking, invoicing, and media plan accuracy.
  • Liaise with Marketing Assistants to ensure timely and correct PO raising, adhering to BDF audit and procurement processes.
  • Manage Media X tool for timely and complete campaign postings.
  • Ensure all parties (agencies, brand, media, and PM teams) follow internal audit and procurement procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Financial Controller for accurate forecasting and budget tracking.
  • Provide support for regional and global media requests and templates.

Analytics & Dashboarding

  • Maintain the Digital dashboard and provide KPIs/results to PM/DG/Brand teams for campaign learnings and integration.
  • Collaborate with PM Managers to track KPIs and ROI, driving results through defined digital marketing KPIs.
  • Support Media Manager in weekly meetings with the media agency to monitor KPIs and campaign pacing, ensuring efficient spending aligned with BDF strategy and Golden Rules.

PR, CSR, Crisis Management

  • Manage all PR financial matters, including LPOs, invoicing, and maintaining an organized tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a library of press materials, product visuals, and press events across all BDF markets.
  • Maintain a PR reporting system by managing monitoring agencies.
