- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records, timesheets.
- Manage recruitment processes by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development programs.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and keep updated on HR best practices.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster team spirit and morale.
- Assist with any other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably within the design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and payroll processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with recruiting for creative and technical roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
