Key Responsibilities

  • Should be experienced in selling destinations all around the world.
  • Must be proficient in handling luxury destinations and VIP clients.
  • Understanding and anticipating client needs and travel preferences.
  • Communicating efficiently with customers and creating itineraries suited to their travel plans,

giving them a customized and personalized travel experience.

  • Create bespoke destination itineraries to include arrangements for air, hotels, sightseeing and

ground transportation.

  • Manage personal sales pipeline to ensure monthly sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Upselling the brand and building a rapport with the customers.
  • Queue management and daily sales report reconciliation.
  • Research and maintain current knowledge of all product offerings.

RequirementsRequirements

  • Excellent negotiation, sales communication, and customer service skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in handling multiple destinations.
  • Should have proficiency in both English and Arabic. Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Prior experience in handling groups and customized holiday products.
  • Outstanding destination and world geography knowledge.
  • Should have the zeal to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month

growth.
