Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to search and source potential candidates directly via LinkedIn and other job portals, connect, screen and interview potential candidates, build up future candidates’ pipeline. To manage the recruitment process using Success Factor (SF) and provide administrative support. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role is open to any location with CPL entity.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Build talent pipeline

  • Search and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, Job boards, other professional networks
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Provide shortlist of candidates to relevant managers
  • Manage candidate databases within SuccessFactors (SF)

Manage and support talent acquisition process

  • Manage job posting on various job boards (internal and external) and social media platforms
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
  • Conduct initial interviews for junior positions to evaluate candidate fit and interest
  • Handle correspondence with candidates, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and managing the reference check process.

Administrative Support and Reporting

  • Provide administrative support to the Global HR team
  • Handle HR-related documentation and correspondence
  • Generate reports and metrics as required to support HR activities
  • Assist in the coordination of HR projects and initiatives

Skills And Attributes Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in a multinational company environment
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors or other HRIS
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
