We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead our human resources department globally, with a focus on supporting our operations in UAE, KSA, Qatar, and India The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, talent acquisition and managing all HR functions, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture across all regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices, the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts, and the capacity to align HR initiatives with business objectives on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s global business goals and objectives.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent across multiple regions. Develop effective sourcing strategies and manage the selection process.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and effective communication across different cultural contexts.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employees meet performance standards and objectives globally.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development across all regions.
Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees in diverse markets.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies in all operating regions. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation across different countries.
HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and employee records management across multiple locations.
Workplace Culture: Promote a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and enhances employee satisfaction and productivity in a multicultural environment.
Global Coordination: Coordinate HR efforts across India, KSA, Qatar, and the UAE, ensuring consistency and alignment with global HR practices.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on HR metrics, trends, and initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR technology across multiple regions.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working in a multicultural environment and understanding of cultural nuances in the UAE, India, KSA, and Qatar.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software tools.
Language: Proficiency in English is required. Hindi / Arabic language skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
Work Environment
This position is based in the UAE and requires regular travel to India, KSA, Qatar, and other regions as needed.
Standard working hours with flexibility as needed to meet business demands.
