Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Company Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Social Media Specialist and enhance the digital presence of our clients. We seek a creative professional to manage and create engaging content across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

About the Role: You’ll develop and execute social media strategies, manage content calendars, and analyze performance metrics to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Content Calendar: Create and maintain posting calendars for clients.
• Video Editing: Use CapCut or similar tools to edit short-form videos.
• Copywriting: Write engaging social media posts and ads.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns to drive brand awareness.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies.
• Reporting: Monitor metrics and provide performance reports.
• Collaboration: Work with clients and internal teams for consistent brand messaging.
• Content Production: Participate in photo and video shoots for content.
  
  
  

Main Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in social media management or a related field.
• Proven Success: Demonstrated success in growing accounts and increasing engagement.
• Content Management: Experience with content calendars and social media tools.
• Portfolio: Showcasing successful campaigns.
• Client Communication: Experience in managing client relationships.
• Knowledge: Current social media trends and best practices.

Working Conditions:

• Days: 5 days per week
• Hours: 8-hour workday, flexible start times between 9 AM and 10 AM
