  • Reconciliation of Supplier and Customer Statements of Account (SOAs): You will manage the reconciliation of supplier and customer statements, ensuring that all transactions are accurately reflected and discrepancies are promptly addressed. This involves reviewing and verifying all entries to maintain clear and accurate records.
  • Cashbook Processing and Account Reconciliation: You will handle the processing of cashbook entries, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Additionally, you will conduct regular reconciliations of cash accounts to ensure that balances are accurate and any variances are investigated and resolved.
  • Credit Card Processing: You will manage the processing of credit card transactions, including verifying charges, reconciling statements, and ensuring all expenditures are properly documented and aligned with company policies.
  • Invoicing: You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to clients and customers, ensuring accuracy in billing and adherence to agreed-upon terms. This includes tracking outstanding invoices and following up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Intercompany Reconciliation: You will oversee the reconciliation of intercompany accounts, ensuring that transactions between related entities are accurately recorded and balanced. This includes resolving any discrepancies and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Preferably, experience in the aviation industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
