Position Title: Front Office Assistant

Location: Ajman

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.


2. Administrative Support:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update office records and documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.


3. Customer Service:

  • Respond to inquiries from clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Handle general questions and concerns promptly and professionally.


4. Office Coordination:

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Maintain office supplies and reorder as necessary.


5. Other Duties:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and copying.
  • Assist in the organization of office events and meetings.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
