Role: Senior HR Executive

Location: On-Site, Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
  • Monitor and track employee leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle leave requests, approvals, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits eligibility, enrollment and claims.
  • Collaborate with benefit providers to ensure effective delivery of services and resolve issues as needed.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years in HR roles with a focus on recruiting, payroll, leave management and employee benefits administration.
