What This Job Is About

As a Technical Product Support at Seez, you will play a crucial role in onboarding our car dealer clients to ensure they can fully leverage Seezar and our other SaaS solutions. Your main responsibilities will involve setting up scrapers for dealer websites using our pre-built templates, integrating dealer inventory into our systems, and gathering all necessary dealership information (locations, user details, etc.). You will be directly involved in handling edge cases and working towards automating processes for efficiency. Due to the nature of scaleups you will need to be comfortable with tight deadlines and constantly changing environments. Working for Seez means taking on extreme ownership and always focusing on how you can make things better. Taking responsibility for mistakes is a good thing and should come with learnings and improvements.

This is a technical role that requires a background in programming, especially in Python, Node.JS and GraphQL (Or similar).

Job Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the onboarding of global car dealers to Seez’s SaaS platform.
• Set up and configure web scrapers using predefined templates to gather dealer data.
• Merge dealer inventory and data into Seez’s systems, ensuring smooth integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during onboarding and integration processes.
• Collect relevant dealership information, including locations, system user details, and other key data points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and work around edge cases.
• Provide technical support to clients during the setup process, guiding them through configurations and resolving any technical challenges.
• Contribute to automation efforts by helping identify areas of improvement.
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Party (Must Haves)

• Strong technical background, preferably with experience in Python, Node.JS and GraphQL (Or similar).
• Hands-on experience with web scraping, data integration, or similar processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions, particularly in the automotive industry, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
