Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads (LinkedIn and Instagram).
Craft compelling copy for various marketing collateral, spanning social media, websites, and catalogues.
Collaborate closely with our London-based graphic designer and provide support for basic graphic design demands within the Dubai team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Utilise SEO techniques to enhance the company's website visibility and search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools, with a strong understanding of Google Analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Act as a vital bridge between the Dubai and UK offices, promoting seamless communication within our small, remote in-house marketing team.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications And Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Arabic and other languages is a plus
Highly analytical with proficiency in quantitative datasets.
Ability to work collaboratively within a small, remote in-house team.
Agile and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong time management skills.
