What You’ll Do

In this position you will be responsible for leading and managing one or several projects or programs and proactively monitoring their progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions. Defining the project's governance arrangements and ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the project - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the project, and outwardly on its coherence with customer’s expectations, ecosystem, dependencies, interfaces with other projects and delivery standards. Managing the relationship with customer stakeholders, leading SteerCo meetings, reporting the project status, managing risks and issues, owning the project plan. Managing the project’s budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the project progresses, change management process. Managing the project’s team members and facilitating the appointment of individuals. Ensuring the delivery of services is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and project governance arrangements.

Who You’ll Work With

As Program Manager, you will report to the Delivery Practice Lead in Egypt. With our Consulting team you will help executing a vision that delivers technology-enabled, high-impact business outcomes for our enterprise customer base that meet the highest software quality standards.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large projects including significant experience in designing, implementing, and running major software or data projects.
  • Vendor side experience in leading solution or project delivery
  • Excellent business acumen, pragmatic and focused.
  • Passionate and strong communicator (verbal, written, listening).
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage and influence strong senior stakeholders & communities.
  • High personal standards and attention to detail; self-starting and strong focus on completing/finishing.
  • Ability to operate in a complex environment whilst developing strong working relationships.
  • Knowledge and experience of applying project management terminology, tools, and techniques.
  • Good knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and controlling techniques.
  • Good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties.
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
  • Proven ability to work on a global basis, factoring in the needs of a culturally diverse environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to achieve desired results.
  • People management skills and ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the team.
  • Excellent written and good spoken English skills; including being able to conduct business communication in English language.
  • Industry recognized project/program management certification (PMP, APM, MSP or MSc in Programs or other).
