Job Description

CBRE Excellerate is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

The Facilities manager is responsible for providing data administration on behalf of company clients, completing all duties, responsibility and accountabilities in a timely manner ensuring all targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients & attends regular client meetings.
  • Lead OPIs & KPIs agreed as per MSA.
  • Ensure all client objectives are met on a timely manner.
  • Provide data analysis & reports as requested by client on a timely manner.
  • First point of contact for the office of the client team. Be present on site to answer queries from employees, visitors, contractors via telephone or e-mail.

Facility Management:

  • Building Maintenance:
  • Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
  • Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
  • Deliver Statutory & Non-statutory Work Orders as assigned and close reactive requests through Si7 tool (ticketing system).
  • Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.
  • Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services and labour for projects.
  • Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Soft Services:
  • Manage and deliver which includes (Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Catering. Etc).
  • Projects:
  • Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.
  • Vendors’ Management:
  • Ensure vendors delivers as per scope & scorecards, trains vendors on work order and billing procedures.
  • Conducting supplier surveys & tenders.
  • Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost centre coding.
  • Uses PC and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Provides process and procedure training.
  • Performs all activities necessary to accomplish within cost, schedule and quality objectives, the procurement of a wide variety of complex material / mainly service requirements as required to fulfil the material needs of client needs.
  • Achieves established cost improvement goals. Develops, manages and maintains historical / information and records for all assigned commodities.
  • Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 05-08 years of related experience and/or training. Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Facility Management certification will be a plus.
  • Driving license may be required.

  • Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
  • Leadership skills to manage people & vendors.
  • MS Office Literate

QHSE:

Acting with the authority of the employer's representative in the area where it is assigned, it is responsible for monitoring and supervising whether the occupational health and safety measures taken in the workplace are complied with, and for reporting and working to eliminate non conformities. When assigning duties to the employee subordinate, it takes into account the suitability of the employee for the job in terms of health and safety. CBRE acquires the necessary organization and performs the duties to be aware of the duties, powers and responsibilities of the manager as defined in the QHSE Procedures.
