Sr. Procurement Officer - Hygiene Fresh

Hygiene Fresh is a leading manufacture of Hygiene chemicals and Dispensers. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Female Procurement Officer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently by sourcing high-quality materials and services at the best possible prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable deals while maintaining quality standards.
• Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Cost Control: Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget compliance.
• Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and reliable supply chains.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to management on spending, savings, and supplier performance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering or Graduate in Bio chemistry.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within manufacturing industry, if applicable
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
