Working across international rights holders, sports bodies, and private & public entities our client provides commercial solutions and services to senior leaders across the Middle East events landscape.

Headquartered In Dubai, UAE, This Entrepreneurial And Hand-picked Team Have Secured Tier-1-level International Brand Contracts Across The Middle East And Are Now Looking To Grow Their Founding Team With The Addition Of An

Associate.

You will work in small but collaborative teams, wear multiple hats, and play an active role in all aspects of client engagement.

Your Day-to-day Will Involve

• Conducting research and analysis
• Developing and presenting client documents and presentations
• Contributing to team problem-solving sessions
• Conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings
• Building productive relationships with clients
• Supporting internal firm-building activities
  
  

We would like to meet candidates who have strategy consulting, sports advisory or commercial background and experience, and who share the same intriguing combinations of skills and mindsets.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients including international rights holders & sports bodies, global brands & sponsors and leading decision makers across the GCC region.

Some Things We Consider Critical For This Role

• Previous experience in strategy consulting or the commercial rights space
• Strong record of academic achievement
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset to help shape and drive the business.
• Track record of leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for project needs
