Activities
- Ethical Conduct: Adhere to the TOTAL code of conduct and ethical standards.
- Customer Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of customers across various industry segments.
- Business Development: Develop the card business through prospecting and acquiring new customers.
- Database Building: Create and maintain a targeted prospecting database for each sector.
- Marketing Strategies: Implement effective marketing strategies to promote card awareness and increase usage.
- Non-Fuel Revenue: Develop strategies to increase non-fuel revenue through card transactions.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to track and analyze card portfolio performance.
- Market Share: Promote TOTAL Cards and strive to increase market share.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and sign new contracts with customers.
- Customer Retention: Retrench sales within existing customers to maintain and grow relationships.

- Responsible for portfolio of Total Card customers
- White Products volume: 55,000 M3/year.
- NFR: 4 MEGP
- Handling average number of active customers: 150
- Penetration rate: 2% from Retail network WP volume
- Increase the Fuel Card sales volume through approaching new customers.
- Handling Tom Card class A & Mega customers.
- Working with the retail team to minimize the fraud cases in our service stations.
- Follow up with the customers for money collection to minimize the risk and achieve the DSO target.
