Your Impact as METAR Marketing Manager
As the METAR Marketing Manager at Leica Biosystems, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. You’ll be responsible for achieving the METAR marketing revenue goals by collaborating closely with the Commercial Director and team to execute the marketing strategy in the region. This role involves leading region-level marketing initiatives that meet customer needs while aligning with our business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing programs, including campaigns, virtual events, trade shows, and symposiums, to promote the Leica Biosystems product portfolio.
- Adapt global and regional campaigns for execution within the METAR region, driving demand generation and customer engagement.
- Identify and participate in external events, such as customer symposiums and user group meetings, to enhance customer interaction and visibility.
- Gather and communicate market and customer insights, analyze market segmentation and share, and adjust strategies to increase marketing effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring:
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building effective relationships across a matrixed organization.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and results-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently and influence laterally to achieve outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality, and a process-oriented approach.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or relevant experience in the healthcare market.
